      On a rooted Android phone, I suggest setting p2p_disabled=1 in /etc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf until wpa_supplicant has been patched.

        Just to clarify: the vulnerability has nothing to do with rooted or not, but on rooted phone it can be disabled easily until patched by OEM.
