@Lufthansa_DE I have waited 30 days for an answer and now resent from another email address (quoting the Feedback ID). I'm intrigued to learn what the expected reply time is these days.

@Lufthansa_DE It has now been 45 days without an answer to a complaint about delayed arrival by 11 hours. This seems to be a systematic failure of handling customer relations.

@Lufthansa_DE For the record, I have received an answer today offering a small monetary compensation for the delay. As I understand that this depends on many factors, I am not posting the exact value publicly, but feel free to DM if you are in a similar situation.
