If I read github.com/opnsense/plugins/blob/75d5af5228e866b344c46268b20827fe6f0f983f/net/wireguard/Makefile for @WireGuardVPN in @opnsense correctly, then the current stable version uses userspace wireguard-go, which seems the safe (if slower compared to Linux kernel module) choice, given the current debates...Permalink On twitter.com

However, I am still trying to find my way around the @opnsense build system (first time looking at *BSD source code, really), so I am not completely sure where the wireguard-go dependency is built to double-check. Please shout if I got this wrong.On twitter.com
