Why is it becoming common that companies only accept contact through their web chat, phone, and possibly (gasp) WhatsApp? Why is email no longer a thing? It's beautifully asynchronous, can carry much more detail than I can type in a chat thingy, and leaves a conversation trail.On twitter.com
