@ShaneHuntley @argvee @DAlperovitch @nicoleperlroth @daveaitel @Jason_Healey I would argue that, yes, at private companies, the majority of engineers are paid for defense - for that specific product/feature they work on. On the strategic level, few companies do well. OTOH, public money pays for too much offense, while it should make things more secure.
