@julianor @Ethan_Heilman @matthew_d_green @Allan_Wirth @Google If the security key is implemented on the phone (e.g. with the embedded Titan M as a StrongBox), then the attack surface for that part is comparable to a dedicated security key, but with improved usability. E.g. on Pixel 3(a), the hardware buttons are directly wired to Titan M.
