    1. @MUC_Airport and @Lufthansa_DE messing up again with luggage handling. People are waiting for 2h or more with no information whatsoever. Now information about my flight vanished completely.

    @MUC_Airport @Lufthansa_DE An honest member of ground staff told us that waiting for >2h is the new normal for Lufthansa here. Baggage handling staff shortage is known and not seen as a problem for company leadership.
